We encourage you to complete the online membership form and make a secure payment through PayPal. It is the easiest and quickest way to join!

 

Important Note: If you decide to send a Membership Form and check through the mail, please do NOT "register" yourself online. Our VP of Membership will assign a username and password for you and will email that information upon receipt of your dues.

 

Please be sure to make cmoms.net a “safe sender”!

Step 1: Register with CMOMs.net

1.     Click “Register”, located in the upper right corner of the page.

2.     Complete the website registration form. This form only registers you for the site and is not a club membership form. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your user name, password and verification code to complete the process.

 

Tip: Before registering for the site, make the @cmoms.net domain a “safe sender” in your email program. If you don’t receive a confirmation message, check your Junk folders.

 

Note: The confirmation message is sent from Website-NoReply@cmoms.net and is titled “Charlotte Mothers Of Multiples (CMOMs) New User Registration”. Please do not respond to this message.

 

 

Step 2: Login to CMOMs.net

1.     Click the link provided in the e-mail message, or return to www.cmoms.net and click “Login” located in the upper right corner of the page.

2.     You will need to use your assigned user name, password and verification code. Type each exactly as they appear in the e-mail, or copy from the e-mail message and paste on the login page.

 

 Step 3: Complete Your Membership Form

1.     If you are not automatically directed to your User Profile, click on the “User Profile” tab to complete your information.

2.     Click “Next” at the bottom of each page to proceed through the form (you may also click “Save Form” at any time to be sure your information is entered!)

 

Step 4: Pay Your Dues Online

 

1.     On the last page of your User Profile, called “Account Info”, click the “PayPal-Click Here to Pay” button. This takes you to the PayPal website where you may securely pay your dues.

2.     Follow the instructions on the PayPal site.

3.     Once you have entered your payment, you will be directed back to cmoms.net from PayPal.

4.     Be sure to click “Save Form” once you have returned!!!

 

 

Step 5: You Will Be Contacted by our VP of Membership to Confirm Your Membership

1.     You will receive an email confirming your membership along with TONS of information about CMOMs!

2.     Please join us at the next meeting, check out our Forums and post your questions for fellow MOMs, and surf our site to see what CMOMs is all about!
